1. Service Description
Zipitiieee provides a digital platform that connects riders with independent drivers for transportation services. Zipitiieee does not own vehicles, does not employ drivers, and does not provide transportation services directly.
2. Beta Status
Zipitiieee is currently operating in Beta.
During this phase:
- Features may be incomplete, unstable, or unavailable
- Functionality may change or be removed without notice
- Service interruptions may occur
Use of the App during beta is at your own risk.
3. User Accounts
Users may register as:
- Riders
- Drivers
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Driver Participation
Driver access and features are subject to platform approval and availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Approve or decline driver registrations
- Limit, suspend, or revoke driver access during the beta phase
5. Payments
- Cash payments are currently supported
- Digital payment options are under development and will be introduced in future versions
During the beta phase, Zipitiieee is not responsible for payment disputes between riders and drivers.
6. Location & Maps
The App uses location and map data to support trip requests and visibility. Navigation and routing features are under active development and may be limited or inaccurate during beta.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful activities
- Abuse, harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or misuse system limitations
8. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” during beta testing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeffCorporation Holdings South Africa shall not be liable for:
- Losses or damages
- Accidents, delays, or service interruptions
- Disputes between riders and drivers
9. Communications
By registering on Zipitiieee, you agree to receive service-related communications via in-app notifications and, where applicable, via WhatsApp Business messaging for operational updates.
Users may opt out of non-essential communications where applicable.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if these Terms are violated or if use poses a risk to the platform or other users.
