Zipitiieee is currently in Beta. Features may change, and data practices may evolve as the platform is improved. Any updates will be posted on this page.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the App (as a rider or driver), we may collect the following:
Personal info such as:
- Name and surname (if provided)
- Mobile number
- Email address (if provided)
Location data such as:
- Approximate location
- Precise GPS location (for trip requests, live trip visibility, pickup and drop-off)
App activity such as:
- Account actions (registration, login)
- Trip requests and responses
- In-app interactions needed to provide the service
Technical data such as:
- Basic device and app information used for troubleshooting (e.g., app version)
- Server logs related to requests made by the App
3. How We Use Your Information
- Operate the Zipitiieee platform and provide core app functionality
- Connect riders and drivers and enable trip coordination
- Support location-based features and trip visibility
- Improve reliability, performance, and security
- Respond to support requests and communicate important service updates
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
- Service providers (hosting, mapping) where required to operate the App
- Legal requirements or lawful requests
- Safety, security, or fraud prevention purposes
5. Video Streaming & Recording
Zipitiieee may provide live in-trip video streaming features to enhance rider safety, trip transparency, and situational awareness during active trips.
Live video streams are viewable only during an active trip and are not stored by default.
In certain circumstances, video recording features may be enabled in future versions of the App for safety, security, incident review, or dispute resolution purposes. When enabled:
- Recording will occur only during active trips
- Used solely for safety, security, or incident review
- Stored securely and retained for a limited period
- Accessible only to authorized personnel
Users will be clearly informed within the App if and when video recording is enabled.
6. Security
Data is transmitted using secure connections (HTTPS) where supported. However, no system is 100% secure, and the App is provided “as is” during beta.
7. Data Retention
Information is retained only as long as necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
8. Your Choices & Deletion Requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

9. Children
Zipitiieee is not intended for users under the age of 18.
10. Third-Party Services
The App may display or rely on third-party services (such as maps), which have their own privacy policies.

This policy may be updated during beta. The Last updated date will reflect changes.

13. WhatsApp Business Platform Integration
Zipitiieee may use the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) to send service-related notifications to users who have opted in.
These messages may include onboarding confirmations, trip updates, system alerts, and important service communications.
Zipitiieee does not access or monitor users’ private WhatsApp conversations. WhatsApp messaging is used strictly for operational and platform-related communication.
